Welcome to my website. My name is Billy Thompson and I am a retired detective from the Richmond City Police Department in Virginia. I currently work as a Special Agent with the Office of Law Enforcement Services at the Virginia Department of Corrections. I have been collecting Virginia Law Enforcement Memorabilia for over 30 years. I hope you enjoy viewing some of the items that I have collected.
I dedicate this site to two salt of the earth collectors who were instrumental in my collecting endeavors throughout the years and have since passed away. Those two are Danny Hughes, retired United States Capitol Police Officer and David L. Martin, retired Captain, Richmond City Police Department.
